Associate Broker. Industry veteran with 25+ years in real estate, primarily focusing on the property management & investment side of the business. He is well-regarded in the industry for attention to detail, professionalism and commitment to responsive, personal service. He has many years of executive level management experience with real estate investment firms in the greater Charlottesville area, and currently serves as Real Estate Director at Great Eastern Management Company overseeing management of commercial properties and corporate operations. His strong management experience and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market provides his clients with outstanding representation.
He is currently serving as a Board member of the Central Virginia Partnership for Economic Development (CVPED), previously served as President of the Blue Ridge Apartment Council (BRAC) and is an alumnus of Leadership Charlottesville of the Charlottesville Regional Chamber of Commerce. He played collegiate tennis and enjoys hitting the courts regularly and has been the Head Boy’s Tennis Coach at Charlottesville High School for the past six years. John and his wife have lived in Charlottesville for the past 23 years and have two amazing children.
